This piece quickly invites you into its quirky journey of both bouyant joy and grounding. Then all the layers, gradients, and details make it hard to look away. This piece coalesced rather rapidly after my first few sessions with EMDR therapy, an incredible modality that has shifted my thought process massively!

I left my folk and friends
