In the last year, Courtney has become a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach and been exploring a spectrum of colors, new styles and techniques. She’s been spending most of her creative time exploring a deeper interpretation of her abstracts, bringing even more emotional processing into her pieces, and honing her intuitive flow. It’s important to her to stay just outside of her comfort zone so she can broaden her range, rather than committing to a specific niche. All of which is what she is bringing to 208 with her new show, Vibes.

This month long exhibition, ‘Spectrum’, will feature Courtney’s artistic evolution since her last JEA display in 2022 and will present viewers with a deliberate study in color, styles and techniques.

This inaugural show for ArtStryngs Gallery and Studio in conjunction with Suntone Recording will explore the many dimensions of love through visual art and sound. The show will run from February 23rd to April 6th, with an opening reception on the 3rd and a closing one on Friday, April 5th.

Courtney (aka CC Bella Collage) brings her background in dance, writing and yoga into her art … meaning that she is inspired by play, experimentation, improv and stream of consciousness. Whether you’re a beginner just starting out or a seasoned artist who wants a fresh perspective, in this two-day workshop you will not only come out with two completed pieces (an epoxy resined collage and an intuitive abstract collage painting) you will learn how to tap into your creative intuition and other tips/tools to continue your unique artistic journey. Regardless of the day’s goal, each morning will begin with a short, guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath followed by some neurographic art exercises to quiet the mind’s chatter and access our imagination.

The latest ‘True Blue’ group show at Arts on the Coast features an incredible and eclectic collection of local artists, All pieces are for sale and on display till early December.

There are over 60+ pieces from Savannah Art Association members on display at Coffee.Deli in Habersham Village through August 3rd. Each piece has its own QR code for easy self-purchasing!

Starting during Starland’s First Friday in July (July 7th) until the end of the month, I will be taking over their walls! Stop in anytime during business hours to grab a delicious craft ale and ogle some art!
