Fireweed

Did you know that fireweed is known for being one of the first plants to appear after a wildfire?

That’s some pretty powerful plant medicine and a beautiful spiritual metaphor, and this piece represents that resurrection. Be like fireweed.

As with all my abstract work, there are several other layers underneath that which you see on the surface, but what you do see on the surface is BOLD and empowering. Another aspect to this transformative piece is the fact that the pink/red/brown color changes to a soft pink/red in certain light. Lastly, this piece comes framed in a silver chrome floating frame to symbolize the “ash” out of which this phoenix rises!!
